If you’re running a conference, you normally want to give people something tangible that they can take away with them.
You may also want activity material for the conference, to keep people interested.
You may need videos of conference material, be they for projecting or viewing on computers.
Conference material requires that I work closely with the person running the conference. An art person is sometimes needed, depending on the conference content.
